  • This 600HP AC motor was taken to the stator winding department to have the
stator rewound with inverter duty wire to support VFD soft start technology.

  • After winding the motor also underwent a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process to insure a void-free slot fill. This eliminates coil movement and abrasion that causes premature failure.
